The Pay24 app is no longer supported.
This means that you can no longer top up your account or make a payment on the Pay24 app.
How do I access my account?
Your account (and any credit in your account) lives with your provider (eg myki, Linkt, Eastlink, etc). You can still access your account (and any credit you may have in your account) at the provider’s website.
How do I top up my account now?
You will need to top up your account directly with your provider. Please visit their website to see ways top up your account
What happens to my credit in my Pay24 account?
You cannot have credit in a Pay24 account. All credit sits in the individual provider account (eg myki, Linkt, Eastlink, etc). This can still be accessed and utilised when you like.
Can you please refund my money?
Pay24 is never in possession of your funds. All credit sits in the individual provider account (eg myki, Linkt, Eastlink, etc). This can still be accessed and utilised when you like.
Can you please delete my data?
Pay24 does not store any payment (eg credit card) data. This is stored on your phone within the Pay24 app. Once you delete the app, you delete this data. Pay24 does not have access to it.
We will keep any information regarding any payments you have made, when it was made and which provider it was made to. For full information about our privacy and data collection, please view it here.
Do you reccomend a simlar app?
There isn’t really a similar app that allows you to top up multiple billers quickly and easily. Arevo (by RACV) is a great, secure app that allows you to top up your myki as well as lots of other great functionality.
If you do use a 3rd party app, please ensure that they are PCI compliant and respect your privacy and payment information
